Open item / used one
Posted .I bought it online, and it suppose new one, but when i pick it up its a used one, box has been open, rip on the left side, and the cable dirty.But i did not return it because i need it and the other bestbuy store dont have it. I hope i can get a partial refund for that.. Thanks

- A:Answer If your player has an issue with the dock connection it's likely there may be issues with other types of connections too so this connector cannot be guaranteed to work. I would advise you to contact Apple for service options.
