I purchased this item mainly for it's streaming capabilities and Bluray/DVD playing. It has surpasses my expectations. Playing Bluray/DVD works great and the quality of picture is outstanding. The player also has DNLA and streaming capabilities such as Netflix, Amazon and YouTube. The only CON I have is the remote control. It is small and feels cheap because it is so light weight. I would recommend this player to anyone looking for a great media player for a great price.

Sony BDPS5200 Blu-ray. This was a Christmas gift to my daughter. It's not very old yet, so it still needs to stand the test of time like my other older Sony 3D wireless networking blu ray player that has worked great for about 3-4 years now. My daughter was able to set it up herself and connect to Netflix within about 10-15 minutes without my help. She doesn't have a 3D TV, I just got it for her so she could watch standard blu ray's and connect to Netflix thru our wireless network. So far she likes it...and so far I trust the quality of all the Sony blu ray players I've purchased to date (just don't set things on top of them...like stacking movies etc).
