Does the job without having to worry about battery power. Has a low profile design that does not get in the way. I had a generic battery that was twice this size with the same amount of power, but caused a start-up lag. Will stick with Sony from now on. The quality and reliability is there.

I like the small size batteries, they last a long time new. Easy to quickly change them out on the camera when in a hurry.
