Customers value the PlayStation 4's impressive graphics and performance, along with its ease of use and the attractive price point of the bundle. Many appreciate the console's design and find it to be a great system overall. A common concern, however, is the limited storage capacity of the 500GB hard drive. Despite this drawback, the positive feedback on other features makes it a popular choice.
The features are decent but I still haven't been able to acclimate to the differences between the PS3 and the PS4. I have had the PS3 for so long and have gotten so accustomed to it. The PS4 has some great features with much more of a PC-like architecture. It comes with a Dual Shock 4 which is the best controller that Sony has come up with. I typically use the game console to watch Blu Ray movies, stream online movies and play games occasionally. I would expect to be able to personalize the home screen like a PC but still haven't figured out how, it may not even be available. On occasion there are red lines that shoot across the screen and its annoying when we are immersed into a great movie! It's so intermittent that I never know when its going to happen and I'm unsure if it's something to report to Sony or not. I love the slim design and how I can keep it hidden in my media cabinet.

The PS4 is simply an awesome gaming system. In my opinion, a much better system that the XBox One & Switch. Runs very quietly & doesn't get hot even though I did order a fan cooling system really cheap on eBay to make sure it stays cool. PSN+ is just simply an awesome add-on for the PS4 with all the extra stuff you get & do with it like free demos, trailers, & much more. Navigation is simple on the PS4 menus as well. 5 star product & the best console ever made to date.
