Sony - PlayStation 4 500GB Four Games One Pick Bundle

Great entertaiment system, it improves on everything the ps3 had. A must buy for every gamer and every person looking for an all around great console.

I love my ps4 and this is coming from a prior PC gamer. The only issue I am really having is with the audio. The audio randomly cuts out, when I playing games, or even watching Netflix. Keep in mind that I am running the audio through optical out, into a 5.1 surround sound system. Also, the dual shock 4's battery life is terrible compared to the dual shock 3. It gives me about 6 hours of gameplay before I have to recharge. I choose Far Cry 4 from the bundle and I have not been dissapointed at all. I have a 4k tv that converts 1080p to nearly 4k and Far Cry just looks beautiful. I highly recommend this console over the Xbone.

I bought the PS4 as a Christmas gift for my 15 year-old son. He was very surprised and immediately hooked it up to the TV. Setup was easy...he was able to do it by himself which was great. Setting up the controllers and doing the basic configuration of the system was also easy. Unfortunately the PS Network was down for a couple of days due to the hacking issue, but my son was able to play other games and watch movies right away. I've played a few of the sports games (Hockey and Basketball) and the graphics and speed are amazing! It was definitely worthwhile and is something that will get daily use around the house.

This bundle was a great offer - I liked the fact that you could pick one of the four games that they offered, whereas other bundles you don't have any option - just buy what you see! The only thing I disliked with this bundle is that once I chose the game I wanted (out of the 4 different options), it wasn't crystal-clear how to continue from that point, it took multiple calls to the support center, and also required you to "beat" a certain amount of levels before it was added to your repertoire of game choices! I couldn't believe you had to beat the level in order to own the game! I am new to Playstation Consoles & so working through this "fine-print" issue took some of my time. I don't see how this is a good fit for every consumer, what if you were purchasing this for a younger kid who wasn't able to achieve the requirements to own the game? It is nice to have your choice of game, but it also requires more knowledge and gaming skills than you would've known. I also say "fine print," because as far as I could tell they didn't even mention that you had to complete the level to own! Overall - I am happy with this purchase but the few snags along the way would have been nice to skip!

This is my 2nd PS4 for my house and I got lucky when a competitor had the price listed for $329.99. So not only did I get a free $60.00 game, but I had it price matched and saved an additional $70.00. My only complaint with the PS4 is that Playstation really needs to work on their network. I’m sick of not being able to play games because of hacking and maintenance. Otherwise, It’s a good console with great graphics and I like the fact that you don’t have to pay extra for a charger kit for the controllers; unlike the Xbox One. One other thing to keep in mind is that you can only have one PS4 registered as your primary account, so if you buy digital games you will want to keep the one in the living room as your primary and the 2nd one not activated under your account so you don't have to double dip on games and DLC. The only downside to the second non activated console is that you can only play your downloaded games on your profile. So if any other profile on the second PS4 wants to play the games you purchased, they will have to play in your profile.

I bought the bundle package with a free game.. I picked FryCr4. The graphics are the best I have seen. The game play is very smooth.. You don't notice any screen loading while moving through a large open environment. The PS4 looks good, I like the minimalist look, that hides the buttons and cd loader. The only thing I am disappointed about is that like XBox, PS4 now requires you to pay $50 a year to play online. The reason I started using PS systems was to avoid this fee. For the next generation console I will look at buying an Xbox instead since I have to pay the online fee anyway.

I used to have the Playstation 2 back when some of the best games came out like Final Fantasy X. So, I have a lot of respect with Sony and their products. This console is no slouch. It has some pretty interesting and fun exclusives including but not limited to Uncharted, Little Big Planet, Infamous, Bloodborne, and The Last of Us. Not only can this bad boy play awesome games but it can also double up as one of the best Bluray players out there. It can also stream some of my favorite shows from Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon Prime. To be quite frank, this is an awesome console.
