- A:Answer Same here. The email I got says, "Unfortunately, the Platinum Headset shown with the PS4 is not currently available for sale. As a result, we have cancelled the order." Why did they cancel it if I'm willing to wait!!!!!!!

Q: QuestionHas anybody else had their pre-order cancelled because of a headset not being available? What did you do to resolve it? Is doing another pre-order the only option, and will it still come with a headset then?

- A:Answer I pre-ordered the new PS4 slim uncharted 4 bundle just moments after it was listed in the BB website. Couple of days later, i was excited to see the wireless headset being added to the bundle. I called the BB customer care right away and I was assured the bundle just as listed. The recent developments here took me to my nearest BB store, where they refused to even acknowledge any such bundle being listed. My pre-order still hold good but without the wireless headset! I guess the snapshot of the listing attached will help BB guys refresh their memory!
