This product is easy to install and works perfectly in my situation. I have my projector mounted on the ceiling upside down, as a result the built in 3D transmitter of my projector was obstructed. Installing this product provides flexibility with regards to positioning an auxiliary transmitter away from obstructions. It works!

THIS ITEM DID NOT WORK WELL FOR ME. I HAVE A SONY PROJECTOR BUT THIS WAS TRANSMITTER STILL DIDNT GIVE OFF A SIGNAL WHERE EVERYONE IN THE ROOM COULD SEE A 3D IMAGE. HAD TO EXCHANGE FOR A RF TRANSMITTER VERSES THIS ONE WHICH IS IR TRANSMITTER. WOULDNT WORK WELL FOR MY NEEDS BUT MAY IN A DIFFERENT SITUATION
