Simple, well made, and easy set up quickly. I just couldn't buy the MUCH cheaper off brand units. I buy Sony for quality and want all my accessories to be of similar quality. I use this to make a living and want the best kit. Luckily price just dropped $50 from intro, so it is a bit more affordable now. I use it on an A6500 and an A7RII interchangeably with a HVL-F60M.
