Black rubbery type bumper guard that surrounds the sides and back of the watch, providing superior protection. It fits snug so it appears to be just a part of the watch itself. You'all need to purchase a screen protector separately, (I recommend a tempered glass one). I can tell no difference at all in the sensitivity of the side buttons. The sides extend just a hair above the screen when viewed from the side so there's a little more protection than many other guards. I just love it!

The material feels a bit stiffer than it maybe needs to be, would prefer just a bit softer, but it protects nicely.

Easy to put on and doesn’t add too much extra size to the watch. It gets dirty easy though.
