I decided to try on the headphones before testing out the quality of the connection. The earpieces were too small to fit on my ears so the headset kept sliding off my head. The earpieces may have fit a preteen or a person with tiny ears but not an average size adult head. Because they did not fit, I did not try out the sound quality.

The headset really works well. I use for work but can also listen to music through my cell phone. Very comfortable. Good range, I can walk around the house and/or garage and still hear the phone. Highly recommend! Love Best Buy products!

Was working great until after 3 days it would not turn on. Returned bought different brand.
