Excellent Modern Take On A Classic Genre!
SSSS,Gridman takes the classic Kaiju genre of japanese special effects shows and animates it for a modern anime audience. A spin-off Ultraman, Gridman was a one-off live action show in the early 90s, that also received a US version akin to power rangers. SSSS.Gridman honors both the live action original and the US version in this animated homage. I really enjoyed it the first time through and loved it even more on repeated viewings. If you're a fan of Ultraman and Kaiju, it's well worth the watch. The animation and action are superb!

Great anime!
As a fan of the original Gridman show which my parents introduced to me at a young age, this anime sorta sequel is nothing short of breathtaking. It’s a slow anime but when it gets into the action is so well done. Pacing is great , animation is perfect and the voice acting is really amazing. Great mecha anime for new fans and those of the original source material.

Nothing Short of Spectacle
If you're a fan of Studio Trigger and the Tokusatsu genre, then look no further! SSSS.Gridman was an exciting show that I watched with anticipation on a weekly basis when it was airing originally.
The CG was a tad jarring at first, but the fights are great.
