Perfect for me, advice for others

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Personally enjoy everything about this mouse. Side buttons aren't an issue for me at all, but may cause issues for others. In fact I actually kinda like them. The shape of the mouse is the most comfortable I've felt holding a mouse after owning the rival 650, logitech G903, and borrowing a friend's viper ultimate. Mouse buttons 1 and 2 are super crisp, and I do enjoy those new switches. I aim with both my wrist and my arm, and still had no issue with the sensor placement. Now this doesn't mean that others won't, be weary, but this mouse feels more tailored to a specific group of users, instead of trying to please the general public with let's say more buttons or slightly better side buttons, it completely focuses on shape and feel. I feel it's a possibility that messing with those side buttons too much could very well compromise the shape. Personally, this mouse fits me perfectly and has given me no quarrels. P. S. If you apply a bit too much force on your mouse, you may experience that scratching feel. This may end up messing up a custom mouse pad if you got one. For me it takes a bit of force downward in order for that to happen, so personally no problems for me. This is for you heavy handed people, or even for the person that rages and presses down hard in the middle of a match because they are heated.

Great mouse 8.5/10
|Posted .Features
Quality4 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5I really wanted to give this 4.5 stars but went high instead of low with 5 instead of 4. Great shape, quality is good for the price, software is easy to setup and much better than the monstrosity that is Razer Synapse. Fits Clawgrip/Fingertip and some Palm grip depending on handsize. Fast Charge via USB C. The firmware update out of the box wasn't as easy as could be. The USB C dongle updates separately from the mouse and cause me an issue. If your mouse won't pair after the update, restart windows with the USB C dongle plugged in and the mouse plugged in via the USB cable. Use another mouse and open the SteelSeries software to reinstall the firmware. Should work after that. The lightness of the mouse made me much more accurate in Overwatch as my flicks were faster due to the weight of the mouse. Accuracy with Widowmaker was an all-time best of 70% scoped. Give it a try, mice are very personal and while this one worked for me it might night for you. Clawgrip/Fingertip and some Palm grip depending on handsize. Fast Charge via USB C

Top Tier Lightweight Mouse for Competitive FPS Gam
|Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Excellent mouse. Coming from other lightweight mice: Glorious Model O (wired) and Razer Viper Ultimate, this is my new go to for FPS gaming... Which consists of mostly Apex Legends. Extremely light weight and accurate, I don't have a single complaint on performance. I don't know if it's a placebo, but I have gotten better K/D ratios lately with this mouse. As far as looks, I am a fan of the honeycomb cutouts to decrease weight of the mouse. And the RGB they've added within looks far better than the other 2 I mentioned. Only complaint might be the Steel series software. It can be buggy at times trying to set RGB lighting. And I've had to kill it in Task Manager in the short time I've had the mouse. But none of these complaints affect the overall performance. Good mouse, highly recommended.

Surprisingly great!

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5For the last couple of weeks, I've been using this in place of my Basilisk Ultimate. Now I'm torn as to what I want as my primary mouse because I REALLY love this mouse! I personally think the shape and size of the Basilisk is as perfect as could be for me but the weight and decent shape/size of the Aerox 3 is such a game-changer. Will keep using it until the end of the year and if I don't feel like going back to the Basilisk, I've found my new favorite mouse.

Good mouse
|Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I tested this product for a few days but I found the shape to be very uncomfortable for my hand. I normally use a palm/claw hybrid grip and the mouse shape was too uncomfortable for my liking. I think this mouse would suit smaller hands. It was very light which was impressive. The sensor is of great quality, my aim accuracy was about the same as it was with my rival 310 (45% on quake/source engine game). Overall, I think it was a great product just not for my particular style.

Great Mouse with acceptable battery life.
|Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Extremely light-weight and tossable. The look of this mouse is unlike any other yet still restrained. I feel as if the battery life is a bit short but better than my previous steelseries mouse but nowhere near as good as my old logitech one but the inclusion of a usbc charging point is very appreciated. Take note of the fact that the 2.4 ghz of use requires a usbc port on your device or a dongle.

Insanely light, quick, and a great value

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Love this mouse! Bought this one for me and the corded one for my son. This mouse is insanely light and really responsive. It also looks super cool. I can't get over how light and quick this thing is when I game. I buy a lot of SteelSeries stuff so I used their engine to customize the lighting and get the software update. Definitely recommend doing that.

Q: QuestionHow will be I able to clean the mouse if particles ever get in the holes cause you never know throughout time ? UPDATE(I can screw the mouse on the bottom but where can I replace the PTFE glide skate if I removed them cause they won't be sticky anymore?
Asked by Kevin.
- A:Answer The simple answer would just be to use a small amount of super glue to re-adhere the skates onto the mouse. Or you could just wait and see if hyperglide makes new skates so you can just replace them when you clean it.

Q: Questioni just bought this mouse downloaded the software and it said to update the firmware i clicked on it and a few steps in the 2.4ghz dongle stopped working ive been trying to reconnect it as it says "reconnect mouse" and i couldnt figure it, i need help.
Asked by satiss.
- A:Answer hi, can you plug your mouse in? wireless mice should come with a cable that you plug into the computer. if you update your software it should take the problems away. Update it and plug your mouse in. make sure the dongle and mouse are plugged in and that should fix it. then make sure when you unplug your mouse that you reconnect it to the dongle. i hope this helps, if not just reply. and we can troubleshoot it. download the software the mouse box tells you to, or the brand it is. that should help.
