Suicide Squad [4K Ultra HD Blu-ray/Blu-ray] [2016]

I had intended to wait for a price drop on this item but seeing this edition changed my mind. I love the inclusion of the hardcover graphic novel. It also comes with a digital version of the graphic novel, extended cut of the movie on Blu-ray, the theatrical cut of the movie on Blu-ray, the DVD version, and the digital versions of both the extended & theatrical cuts. That's a whole lot of Suicide Squad. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the packaging. The DVD comes in a decorated cardboard sleeve, which is fine. However, the Blu-ray discs are actually in a pocket in the back of the graphic novel. That's just annoying. 1- For those who store discs in their original cases, the book is much wider that an average case and will fit in awkwardly (if it fits on a DVD shelf at all). 2-When I read a book, I don't usually like to keep DVDs in that book, especially if I was taking the book along with me anywhere. 3-Even if the discs are taken out for easier storage, you are still left with two big empty cardboard pockets in the back of your book.

I saw this movie in theaters and loved it so much that I had to own a copy of it. The extended edition has more scenes with joker, who was one of the best characters in the movie. Harley Quinn is hilariously crazy and had me laughing all the way through. Captain boomerang is also hilarious and is constantly trying to steal anything he can get ahold of even in the middle of a gunfight which made him even more funny. I would recommend it to all my friends and family! Anyone who loves DC movies will love this!!

There are some great characters in this story; very unique. The acting is good and approached from a realistic point of view even though the characters are somewhat fantasy based. Visually exciting, action packed, and quick paced with a great use of what modern film technology has to offer. A winner on so many fronts for people who like action films with a fantasy twist.

better then the theatrical version. It adds a little more back story to the characters and the graphic novel that came with this is pretty excellent unto itself. My only issue is that the case in the book. is a little to big to fit vertically on my DVD shelf. So I had to lay it down on top of other Blu-Ray DVDs of the DC universe.

Suicide Squad is one of my favorite movies and this DVD set particularly comes with 3 DVDs 2 Blue ray and one original. It is also an extended edition so it was even better! The price was amazingly low for such good quality! I rate it 6 out of 5 stars!!!

This is a review of the graphic novel version. My review is on the product, not the movie - it's up to you whether you like the movie or not. As was previously said, I'm taking a star off for the ridiculousness that the comic IS the case - even the Best Buy exclusive DC animated films come with separate case for the movies & mini graphic novel. I'm taking a 2nd star off for no DVD - while I'm unlikely to watch the DVD, it's supposed to be packaged with the collection & there's not even a sleeve for it!

I absolutely love this movie! Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn is phenomenal and the same for Jared Leto as the Joker. You will not regret this purchase!
