As a flight attendant and someone who stays in many hotels I have found time and time again that the hotels offer Sunbeam Irons in the room. I have purchased two different irons in the past year two years and neither can compare to my new Sunbeam. One stopped producing steam completely, and the other simply doesn't produce enough, plus the controls were placed in the wrong spot. With my new Iron all controls are where they need to be and easy to use. I am always pressing shirts for work and this iron makes it a breeze. When using the Steam Button for added steam there is no wrinkle that stands a chance. Perfect weight and balance to this iron. SunBeam definitely knows their business and does a great job producing quality irons.

I have only had this for a short time but it has met all I expected. I haven't needed the extra burst of steam yet as the regular steam setting removes wrinkles quickly. It heats quickly, seems to glide over the surface with no leaks or any problems. The only negative is the angle of the fill hole is such that it is not easy to fill. It's not terribly difficult but it requires a slow hand to fill it. Once filled, it is easy to see the remaining water level and the cap on the hole keeps he water inside. I am satisfied with my purchase.

The vertical steam feature is very handy. Quality and durability seem good for the price.
