To start off its safe to touch, i dont have to worry about kids or pets getting burnt. It doest heat up as much as i wanted but it is a good product because of its saftly.

I have electric wall heat, ceiling heat and baseboard heating. Using this heater in place of all other electric heat it cut my heating costs in half. This unit paid for itself in 3 months. I am extremely happy.
