Great stand for the money!
||Posted .Recently bought a Nikon D3300 b/c I wanted to take night time photography. Needed a tripod but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I have used this in Hawaii, Florida Keys and a few places inbetween. It locks into position and stays where you locked it. Doesn't feel cheap like some do.

So Light and Cheap
||Posted .This is my first tripod and it's so light! I thought I'd have to buy something expensive to reduce my carry but that's only true for the length not the weight. Wouldn't recommend this if you're working with heavy equipment but it worked great with my XT-1 for a night shoot even pressing the shutter button without a remote.

Great For Projectors
||Posted .Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. It’s is much more stable than other tripods I have used. I was looking for a stand that holds my projector for it to be pointed at the ceiling, and this does the job perfectly.

Perfect stand for $20!!
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This honestly feels like one of the best purchases. All angles are adjust and most cameras or hand helds are mountable. Plus it comes with a phone holder. GREAT buy!

Absolute garbage
||Posted .This is absolute garbage. I didn't use this tripod for a couple of months after buying it (so I could not return it - mistake on my part). I started using it and it broke apart within a week. Two of the latches won't work and a leg came out. It was quite annoying!! A month passed. I went and visited my brother, who had incidentally bought this same exact tripod. When I tried lifting the tripod, a leg fell down. He said - "oh yeah, it fell apart in a day."

Q: QuestionI bought the Sunpak travel smart 50 inch and the legs were very unstable when fully extended. I have a Nikon D5600 with a 18-140mm lens and the travel smart 50 inch tripod did not hold up very well. Will this support my camera without the legs bending?
Asked by bchan123.
- A:Answer It held up my Canon T6i with a 70-250 mm zoom, which is pretty heavy. There wasn't any bending of the legs, but I like a much heavier tripod for regular use. I bought this one because I had left mine at home. It worked for me outside all day taking soccer action pics. I wouldn't trust it in a windy situation though.
