A: Yes, ours started doing that the 1st month and now won't work at all 60 days later. Waiting to see if Best Buy or SwagTron will replace it.

A: There should be a holographic sticker with a UL on the bottom of the board if it is. It's only for the battery, according to what I read last night, but that's the most important part as far as UL goes. My son's T882 does have the sticker.
Q: Does this go over gravel and grass, or just pavement?
A: Best used on hard surfaces. This includes pavement, walkways, hard base. Not good in soft or wet areas.
Q: Does this model have a speaker to play music?
A: No it does not.
Q: are the wheel rims aluminum or plastic?
A: They are made of plastic.
