Q: Can I connect this 100’ to the 50’? It is okay to do that? Will I see a quality drop? Speed drop? I have a long run to the back of my warehouse.

A: Hello Blake919, Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, the longest recommended run is 300 feet. We would recommend using the original length needed to avoid any potential video loss. Please let us know how we may further assist you, Thank you. JV Swann Customer Support

A: Hi Bugs. Sorry, I am not entirely sure what you are meaning, is there condensation from moisture inside the lens that is causing a cloudy image? If so, please raise a warranty request with Swann and we can replace your faulty camera for you. https://support.swann.com/hc/en-us -SD, Swann Team.

Q: Can this cable be buried under ground as long as there’s no connection buried

A: Hello. Thank you for your question. You could bury the cables underground but to ensure they last longer and don't degrade over time we would recommend protecting them by putting them inside plastic conduit.
