It is what it is. A refill card that allows you to use your TMobile phone for another month, provided your plan is for $50. Is your TMobile plan $50/month and needs to be renewed? If so, get this item to stack Best Buy points to the ceiling, provided the room you're talking about is the cupboard under the stairs.
