CALL THE CSR LINE TO SET UP, JUST IN CASE OF T-MOBILE BACKEND WEB SERVER ISSUES. Easy Installation in my Moto G Stylus, only 4 Stars cause of issues setting it up on their website because of problem with their back-end server crashed. Called Customer Service at T-Mobile Prepaid, first rep was cold, bad at his job, asked for supervisor & put on hold for about 30 minutes when I hung up. I called back and got a different, friendly CSR who explained why my SIM card was locked for two hours. He was helpful answering my questions, and recommend I call back in 2 hours to have them set it up which I did. The Third Rep I got, a woman (wish I wrote down her name) was super friendly and helpful, got me set up in under 10 minutes. T-Mobile CSR Reps Score 1sT CSR (minus 5/+10) 2nd CSR 10/10 3rd CSR 20/10 :)

I use to have TMobile a while back. Now back with them and this plan is the best yet! 10GB and unlimited everything else. Excellent for only$40 per month! That's only $2 more than what I was paying with Total Wireless with only 5GB data. See the big difference and gain!!

This was easy to set up and arrived quickly! I wanted a SIM card loaded with data to use for my trip! And I am loving this !
