The only reason for my review/rating being 3 out of 5 stars is due to the fact that the Best Buy salesperson informed me that it was the correct style case for the iPad that I was purchasing. Only to get home and find out that it was not correct model and that the volume buttons do not work as intended. Design flaw with the volume buttons that fail to reach them and are therefore useless. I would not trust this case to protect my iPad from anything more than dust, dirt, and grime from regular usage.

The protective cover stay closed even when turned upside down.The cover does what it was designed to do protect the ipad.I don’t have anything negative to say about this product.
