Nice Stylus - Works Well
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI was a bit trepidatious about purchasing this stylus after reading that some users have had the rubber tip come off or that it didn't work with a screen protector... I haven't had any of the issues reported. I needed a stylus because of a 3rd party credit card software I'm using on my iPad. After I swipe the customer's card, it required them to "sign" the pad. People tried using their fingers, but it just didn't look like a signature. I *DO* have the Zagg screen protector on my iPad and I read a previous review that the stylus wouldn't work with a screen protector... so I took a gamble... It works. Period. It works just fine with the Zagg screen protector. You don't have to press harder or "drag" the stylus. It's just as responsive as my finger on the iPad. (Granted, I'm not drawing with it, just using it so people can "sign" their name on a credit card screen.) I would recommend this stylus. It is well worth the money and works well with an iPad using a screen protector.

You didn't know you needed this
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI use my iPad mostly like I use my iPod Touch (I don't like the virtual keyboard), so this is a great way to tap your way through sites, e-mails, and playlists without leaving your fingerprints all over the screen. It's not necessary by any means, but for anyone who gets frustrated at having to wipe your screen constantly, this is a great solution. It also helps you be more accurate when selecting and scrolling. Great product, decent price. The only one I've seen on the market.

It Does the Job
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendRecently purchased the iPad and found some of the applications, especially the ones for drawing and art to be a bit difficult using my finger as a pencil or brush. Then I saw this stylus and purchased it. I cannot speak of the longevity of the product, but at the present it does give me more accuracy than I get using my finger. I think it is a bit overpriced, considering the simplicity of the design, but it seems to be the only game in town so I recommend it. It can be used with any touch application on the iPad, which is all of them, and not only improves touch accuracy but also reduces how quickly my screen is covered with fingerprints. I am planning to buy a second one as a backup. Until a less expensive, more durable one is on the market, this stylus will serve quite well.

I love this thing!
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendFor the price I was skeptical but it's turned out to be great! I bought it for drawing with Sketchbook Pro and it works fairly well for that. The large tip size isn't really ideal for sketching but it's much better than a large finger. It works so well on the iPad that I use it for general browsing on my iPad. I'm using it to type this right now. It doesn't leave any marks on the screen. It's great for Scrabble & Words With Friends too as it makes grabbing the tiles real easy. I'm going to buy another one as a backup. Oh, and it's way better than that pogo thing at the Apple store. Don't buy that.

Of all the styluses on the market, this is best.
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendOf all the stylus devices on the market, this is the most comfortable one. I'm still hoping for a version with a very thin (yet firm) sponge tip, something that will be even closer to using a real pen or pencil. This stylus works very well though, especially with the NOTESHELF app for Ipads.

My very first on the list.
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendjust recently I purchased in iPad 2 Wi-Fi with cellular from Best Buy. So far my experience with this product has been amazing. I decided to try a stylus, with the use of my new iPad. I have found the stylus adequate, it also works for my cell phone. Thus far I am happy with the product. At this time I am unable to give comparative notes as I have never used a stylus until now. Again the seems adequate.

Best Stylus I've Found
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI purchased 2 others before this one and neither of the others are even close to this Targus. Purchased one in Europe - it had a rubber-like tip, but stuck to the screen and couldn't be used for writing and drawing. Also purchased one from oneTen - it had a foam-like tip and worked fairly well, but not as accurately or as consistently as the Targus. The Targus has a rubber-like tip that glides beautifully on the iPad screen without a screen protector. Great for taking notes and making sketches.
Q: QuestionIs there a stylus that will work with the Samsung Galaxy phone?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I believe that the Samsung Galaxy uses a capacitive touch screen, which means that any iPhone/iPad stylus will work with it. I prefer the feel of the Targus tips. Because of how the touch screen works, the tips must (unfortunately) be fatter and less exact than, for instance, a Wacom stylus. But phone/tablet styli are still smaller than most people's index fingers.
