One of the team members from Best buy told me that this is compatible with the iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad 8th Generation. Nope! Its not. It didn't work for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad 8th Generation. Maybe, It just good for laptop computer.

A great peripheral. The o ly draw back is the cable could be slightly longer (in my opinion) so I could put it behind my setup. Other than that, having a card reader and the additional usb ports is great. It’s slim design allows for easy storage when I travel as well.

Perfect for extending a laptop display to a larger monitor with an HDMI input. Gets a little warm under heavy use, but that's to be expected. Still shocked to see docking stations this expensive and nothing that is "Thunderbolt 3" certified for under $180 or so, but the USB-C interface works perfectly with a Thunderbolt 3 port.
