Q: QuestionThere are no volume controls on the remote... Really!? (No, really. There are no volume controls on the s546 remote. There are no settings in the menus to change volume. If you need an Android smartphone to change volume, there should be one in the box.

- A:Answer Hard to see and feel, there are indeed three buttons on the side of the remote. Two are volume and one is mute. This is shown in an illustration in the printed manual so ignore the online info and faqs which genetically refer to or illustrate volume buttons on the front with pluses and minuses imprinted... no such thing. Hope that helps!

Q: QuestionWill this tv work with my Spectrum cable? Do I have to use the Spectrum App to stream? This would be my first smart tv and I’m not sure what the comments about the Spectrum App and Chromecast mean. Help.

- A:Answer This TV will work with your regular Spectrum cable box. You can plug in into any of the HDMI inputs. Regarding the talk of Spectrum app and Chromecast: Some other smart TVs have a Spectrum app that you can use to watch TV without a cable box. You sign into it like you would the Netflix app. This TV does not support the Spectrum app but you can cast to the TV from your phone. If you're going to be using a cable box, you don't have to worry about either of these things though.
