Lifelike picture
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent picture, Roku tv’s are the easiest to stream all the different platforms. We opted for the 65” and had it mounted but it does have two feet positions so can stand on a smaller stand or sideboard or can be closer to the ends. I would buy again.

Meh, I'd probably look for better quality.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV while it worked but 2 1/2 years in and it's already got lines and dots on it and needs to be replaced. I'd probably look for a higher quality TV that will last longer.

Good while it lasted
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got a good deal on the open box model that was geek squad certified. Purchased the extended warranty just in case. Glad I did because it started going out 3 months later. Started having lines going through screen. Every time you turned the tv on you would have to smack it and then it would start working. But it because very flaky. I really wanted this TV because the picture quality was excellent and I love the Roku platform. Unfortunately BestBuy wouldn’t replace the tv they would only give me credit toward another tv based on my purchase price. Glad I was able to recover me initial cost but really bummed that the TV itself wasn’t covered. Purchased a Samsung smart TV with webOS since it was on sale for the same amount as my credit but the webOS platform is really clunky compared to the Roku and the picture isn’t as good as the TCL. Wish I could have just swapped my TCL tv but it was good while it lasted.

Great Picture!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this television, did my due diligence by comparing mini led to OLED and for the price the picture is amazing. I use the Roku interface on all my other tvs, either bluetooth or headphone jack on remote like other roku remotes would be a nice feature. Sound is good as well did not connect my soundbar that I previously used. One bonus was that the stand has 2 different mounting options as the posted dimensions were going to be very close to my stand but was able to use optional mounting holes giving a base width of 23".

Great TV!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My review of this tv. Pros: It's size is super nice! Love the Mini Led/ Qled combo with the dimming controllers Dolby vision and Atmos!!! True 120 hertz It's Roku built in. Picture quality looks amazing when you dial it in! Adjustable legs. Further in or further out. Cable management is a plus with the legs. Gaming is amazing!!! Low input lag! Cons: Issues with the speakers.. acts too sensitive or dull. Had to reset the tv a few times for that The 120hertz is super nice but don't have it on during the main menu on Roku. Made my eyes hurt trying to figure that one. It was the LED Clarity that caused it. Heavyweight! This tv is no joke! It's heavy as hell! Issues with Dolby Atmos and sound adjustment when watching Disney plus. Managed to figure that out online. Adjusted to it when I'm loading Disney plus. It's a great TV. It's new from TCL! It's going to have some slight issues until they patch it. I owned another 6 series, it too was new with some nice things. Had it for 3 years and still love it and own it. This tv is wonderful. It's worth buying if you know what you are getting into. I am a little picky with my things and this review explains it.

Amazing deal!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tv for the price especially. Sometimes I find the screen is to bright, but that's an easy ajustment in the menu settings. The colors are impressive and the built in Dolby speakers sound like a sound bar. I find my self not even using my sound bar now. I love the adjustable foot stand as well. My TV stand wasn't that wide an I was worried the TV wouldn't fit. No worries you can put the feet in the middle section of your tv like a universal stand and it works great. There is no auto ajustment so you do have to adjust in the menu your self alot if you want a certain picture quality for sports or movies etc. Anyway I would recommend this product to others.

Awesome TV!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After owning for 1 year, I can easily say this is one of the best tv’s out there for the price point. Is it the absolute best tv currently on the market? No, but for around $1k it delivers a ton of value. It has outstanding picture quality, has great sound and built in Roku makes it extremely user friendly. Only criticism is that I wish the remote wasn’t a basic Roku remote.

Q: QuestionWhat is the distance between the legs on the 65 inch model and is there only one position for the legs?
Asked by Busterbrown.
- A:Answer For this 65 inch TCL Roku TV, there are actually 2 different options for feet placement. At the wider position, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 51.4 inches. At the more narrow position, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 21.7 inches. You would simply choose whichever option would best fit your home setup. Additionally, the stands now include an Easy Cable Management feature that makes it simpler to organize your cables. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

Q: QuestionI bought this TV and it seems a bit grainy with my cable box. Did I get a bad TV or is this normal with cable boxes? I don't know if I am being too harsh or what. I am going to try upgrading my HDMI cable soon just to see.
Asked by Christopher.
- A:Answer If online streaming and Blu-ray’s display fine, and it is only cable that is grainy, then it’s probably not a bad tv. You’re displaying a low resolution image (cable) on a high resolution tv. Essentially all cable is still 720p or 1080i (which is half the vertical resolution as 1080p) and it's generally compressed quite a bit in order to accommodate more channels. What you're seeing is due to the original signal being already pretty terrible and then upscaling that lower resolution content to high resolution 4K screen. You’re on the right track with trying an new HDMI cable. Look for one that is ultra high speed certified. It might help some with your issue. Also check your cable box settings to see if it is set to 1080 resolution. But in the end cable will almost never be as clear on a 4K tv as streaming.

Q: QuestionWhat are the ports, and is it Xbox Series X/PS5 ready? Also, what is the response time?
Asked by ShipHull.
- A:Answer This panel does not have a HDMI 2.1 port so the bandwidth will not support 4k@120 FPS. If you are going to invest in a PS5/Xbox, get a panel with a 2.1 input.

Q: QuestionDoes this model have Bluetooth?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Currently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

Q: QuestionIs the 2 or 5 year Geek Squad protection plan worth the money? The tv is only $900 so spending $180 for a 5 year plan is 20% of the TV’s cost. Wife is saying no, I’m a believer in yes. Thoughts?
Asked by Myersie.
- A:Answer All new TCL Roku TVs come with a standard one-year part and labor warranty. You can visit https://support.tcl.com/us/03-tcl-tv-warranty-information for more specific warranty questions. An extended warranty would be more of a personal preference/decision. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

Q: QuestionHow does this TV work with my VESA wall mount? The picture of the back of the TV does not seem to show VESA threaded holes.
Asked by MauiMike.
- A:Answer There are a total of 4 mounting holes. 2 of them have screws in them, and should be removed. We recommend using the appropriate M6 screws that come in most mounting bracket screw kits. This TCL Roku TV uses a 300mm x 300mm VESA mounting pattern. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

Q: QuestionDoes the 6-Series have a 60Hz native panel or a true 120Hz native panel?
Asked by Rodgerc.
- A:Answer TCLs exciting new 6 Series not only uses our exclusive mini LED backlight for amazing brightness, but also has a fast 120Hz native panel, which, not only helps it deliver clear, crisp smooth action when watching movies or your favorite sport, but also helped it achieve the honor of being the first TV in the world to have a THX Certified Game Mode. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
