The first movie in this set, "A Day At The Races", was either defective at the exact same place on two different copies, or Best Buy simply repackaged the defective set and mailed it back to me. Since the original purchase had a stock code sticker on the shrink wrap and the replacement copy did not, I am betting on the latter. The set comes on double-sided DvDs, which are apparently at least partially unreadable in every DvD drive we own (we own more than three). The store clerk insisted that all old movies come this way. I have purchased seven other Marx Brothers movies and all of them were on single-sided DvDs. In fact all of the movies on this set are available as single-sided DvDs on Amazon. Then he tried to sell us DvD head cleaners, despite the fact that we told him the error was in the same place for every DvD player we own. Then he told us "stuff happens". I said I was willing to buy single-sided DvD copies of those movies, but he said that I had probably copied them anyway so an exact replacement was all I could have. By sending me another defective copy, or more likely sending my own defective copy back to me, Best Buy wins $12.00 and loses my business forever. There were no product reviews available for this product, so I don't know if all of the negative ones were deleted or if I was the first one foolish enough to buy this DvD set. I hope future readers take note of my review, if it is not deleted.
