The Book of Souls: Live Chapter [CD]

Iron Maiden are one of the greatest bands to come out of the UK... 40 years later, and still going strong. and one thing you can always count on (even this late in their career) a great live album, documenting their current tour. this one is even more special considering that this is their first major tour after Bruce's recovery from oral cancer. for a bunch of old guys, this is an amazing live recording, with a set that spans their entire discography.

Been a Maiden fan since high school and thus buy everything from them including the live albums. While I still prefer their earlier work this represents the set list from the book of souls tour. Supposedly there is a way to download the full concert that was aired on YouTube but I haven't found it. Anyways if you like Maiden get it. Remember live after death is still their best live album though.

great tour and song selection, songs are just as good on CD as recorded here, classics such as run to the hills, the evil that men do, hallowed... are replaced with powerslave, blood brothers and wasted years, is Maiden people, gotta enjoy them no matter what, as with the LP, enjoy the insert booklet with lots of pics and dedications

the legewndary iron maiden documents the book of souls tour wiith a double cd release of their stanard live shows from the tour, with the exception of wrathchild replacing tears of a clown. this is a great mistuxe of tunes recorded in differnet cities along the way. saw two shows and captures them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The release of 2017, the voice of the singer and the sound of the music make you feel like you are inside Iron Maiden Book of Soul concert. This release was sold out within 2 days from BestBuy store near home, I had to drive for 25 minutes to get it on Sunday afternoon. Such a treasure.

Wish it had a companion Blu-Ray or they decided to pick one show and do a CD/Blu-Ray for The Book Of Souls tour. Worth picking up for fans of Iron Maiden live.

What can I say. Another studio album then another live album just as they've done for the last 15-20yrs. I'm happy to say that this collection is pretty dang good though! Maiden & Eddie RULE!!!
