Nice concept
Posted .Unlike the Parlophone CD releases which are only in stereo (at least in U.S.,) you can hear the mono releases which the Beatles and their production team favored and labored over. Unfortunately, Capital saw fit to add reverb to some of their earlier recordings, the Beatles being at the mercy of Capital Records as far as U.S. releases go. The Parlophone recordings are the way the Beatles intended the songs to sound. Note that Help! and Rubber Soul were both recorded and released in 1965, not 1964.
