The Caveman's Valentine [DVD] [2001]

Kasi Lemmons' Caveman's Valentine comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS 5.1. French subtitles are accessible, and the soundtracks are closed captioned. Supplemental material includes a commentary track with director Lemmons and editor Terilyn Shropshire, production notes, a theatrical trailer, and deleted scenes. Universal has done a fabulous job with this disc that will hopefully earn the film a wider audience than it found in theaters.
