This freewheeling documentary about the legendary gender-bending hippie performance-art troupe the Cockettes has been given a caring presentation for its release on DVD. The Cockettes has been transferred to disc in the full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1 and the audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital Stereo. The film is presented in English with no multiple-language options included. Bonus materials on this edition include nine scenes not included in the film's theatrical release, the movie's original trailer and TV promotion spots, and an interview with directors Billy Weber and David Weissman.
