Juliana Afram emcees this three-volume set of at-home Pilates workouts. These were created in tandem with the Pilates Coach Germany Institute, with the express goal of helping participants combine dance, yoga, fitness training, physical therapy, breathing exercises, and more into one cohesive, holistic regimen. The collection includes: Traditional Pilates - which uses a series of structured mat exercises to help participants realize their fitness goals; Miniball Pilates - which features 20 new intermediate exercises designed to foster rump stability in tandem with a leg and arm workout, and incorporats the Pilates Coach Germany Miniball in the process; and Foamroller Pilates, which uses a foamroller in a series of exercises that will increase rump stability and coordination.
