The Concert in Central Park [Video] [DVD]

Normally, I would give exemplary cudos for this extraordinary concert. However, the DVD I received was a PAL disc - only plays on European DVD players. Our system is called NTSC. (SECAM in Asia.) These are the three systems on the market today. BestBuy was courteous and apologetic. They sent me another disc right away - the same disc! They also emailed a return label to me. I sent both back in the same package. They billed me twice, and to date, no refund yet. I'm sure they'll get arount to it. Been a faithful customer for a long time. Sure wish I could get this concert in the right format. Unavailable from HBO, who broadcasted the concert live. Still love BestBuy.com. Mistakes happen & life is too short to get upset over the little things.
