I didn't have time to watch the DVD set initially after purchasing it. When I finally did, disc one was cracked and wouldn't play. I spoke with the supervisor (Kyle) at BustBuy.com and he would not replace it because it was longer than 60 days since I purchased it. When I pleaded my case, he hung-up on me. Not fair. I didn't want a refund; all I wanted was a replacement disc. I paid for a decent product and got a defect. Now I have to take the loss while megabucks BestBuy gets off the hook and makes a profit. Something's very wrong here.
