The King of Fighters Ray Park, Sean Faris, and François Yip headline director Gordon Chan's live-action adaptation of the popular videogame. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
When it comes to game to film adaptation things are usually hit and miss. For all the good ones you get like the first Mortal Kombat and Tomb raider, you get trash like Wing Commander, and Double Dragon. When I heard they were making a KOF movie I was pretty excited yet worried at the same time. Well after watching KOF my curiosity turned to disgust. Not only is this just a bad movie, but it is by far the worst game to film adaptation I have ever seen. None of the characters look like they do in the game, nor do they act like them. They could have called this anything else and no one would have known it was KOF. This was a total slap in the face to every KOF fan out there. If I had my way every copy out there would be destroyed and this film would be erased from history.

This is a great movie based on the video game The King Of Fighters. The reason for it not being 5 stars is because it took 3 tries before I received a combo pack where the Dvd was not scratched like it was in the last 2 copies. If both the Blu-Ray and Dvd of The King Of Fighters had arrived without scratches, then this would have gotten 5 stars.
