I haven't played it entirely yet but I'm happy with what I see, I will pre order from Best Buy again. Every time the release date changed, they notified me.... they also notified me about my pre order arriving earlier then expected. Which I thought was awesome.... so if you want to review a game... give a fair review or don't review at all! This is not Covid issue... or a LGBTQ issue, it's a Game! You either enjoy it for what it is, or you don't!

I am highly satisfied the game is emotional, addictive, and action packed. It won game of the year for a reason and it was much deserved. Good story pace I've waited years for this sequel. WOW! what a game! If you enjoy crafting items, managing your resources and playing stealthily I highly recommend this title. If you played the first one you already know more or less what to expect. A beautifully crafted game with impeccable attention to detail.

But I played it this weekend not because of Beat Buy but because I bought it myself from the PSN store. Best Buy shipped my order late and I just got it today. Damaged... because it was placed in a flimsy envelope. Of course this is now sold out and essentially I paid 80$ for Best Buy to not care.

- A:Answer Yes. Each version of the game will come with different gear. This particular version , Special Edition , comes with a 48-page mini art book from Dark Horse and Steelbook with the physical copy of the game. Basically , you are pre-ordering for the Steelbook and mini-book. Other versions include just the physical copy of the game , Collectors Edition , and Ellie Edition. The Ellie and Collectors Edition come with lots of stuff. Collectors Edition - 12" Ellie statue, 48-page mini art book from Dark Horse , Lithograph art print and Thank You letter , Replica of Ellie's bracelet, Set of 6 enamel pins and 5 stickers, SteelBook case with full game. Ellie Edition - Same stuff along with a The Last of Us Part II logo patch.

Q: QuestionWill The Last Of Us Part II have an early (night before) release where customers who preordered physical copies are allowed to pick up on June 18th? I only ask because the same happened for Red Dead Redemption 2 (October 26th, 2018; pick up ready on 25th)

- A:Answer I’m thinking it will happen. We recently did it for Doom Eternal while we were doing this COVID-19 model of our business, and this game is going to be the biggest game of the year. I have a feeling you will be able to pick it up the day before. We release to Doom Eternal at 3 PM the day before it came out, due to the stores closing at 6 PM. I can’t guarantee it but we’ve done the same for other games, and they were nowhere as big as the last of us 2.

- A:Answer No and no. This version comes with a steelcase instead of the standard case, which is going to be more valuable and stylish. You can always pick up a standard case on eBay if you'd like though. Otherwise, you'll have to buy the standard edition to get the standard case.
