I remember watching this TV Series back in the 1990's when it was on TV. It's based off of the 1995 Motion Picture titled, "Casper". This TV series is filled with great jokes, voice actors animation and it's a CLASSIC! The whole Series is about Random crazy adventures that Casper, Kat, Dr. Harvey and Ghostly Trio go through every day as they live at Whipstaff. Casper continually needing to do better in his "Scare School" with his teacher, Mrs. Banshee.... and the Ghostly Trio continually messing with Dr. Harvey, while Kat deals with her own School issues. They're all very Good...! Only a Few episodes are kind of corny and really meant for the Tykes. Such as .... "The Alphabet Song", which even then I wouldn't let tykes watch. No, This TV Series is more so meant for the kids that are like 7-8+. Keep in mind that this is a 1995+ series. Which back then, in those classic Saturday morning cartoons. The BIG selling Gags were like belching and even whacking someone upside the head. (Which if you compare it to Batman/Spider-Man, isn't all that bad. They have explosions and fire-arms.) Also to note, the comedy in which they use greatly reminds me of that of some of the classic Looney Tunes. So all in all, I'd say it's great for children of 7 and older. A MUST HAVE!!
