We bought this machine over two years ago. It took me a few days to realize you needed a rinse agent. Also, I found Cascade worked better than Finish as a detergent. And we use Cascade Platinum as rinse agent. Anyway, it cleans very well on "auto" - about 3 hours, and does just fine on "quick' - 50 minutes But there's huge difference. On "quick" it cleans just about everythings as well as "auto" - but the 2:50 "auto" cycle with "power boost" CLEANS SCALE OFF WATER GLASSES. For people like us living with limestone deposits in their water - the Trinity River, the Colorado, many others - that is a BIG DEAL. Maybe other dishwashers can do that too but our old Whirlpool on it's longest cycle never could. Getting limestone scale off an otherwise clear glass may not matter to some but if you don't want your glasses looking cloudy and don't want to wash them by hand with Dawn and vinegar to get the scale off - see pic - this is a GREAT machine.

Very disappointed! So sad!!! Dishes are not dry at all... All wet no matter what cycle we run!! Very very very disappointed
