Thine Eyes Bleed play melodic death metal. The self-titled Thine Eyes Bleed album was released three years following In the Wake of Separation, a debut album that generated a significant amount of hype (mostly due to bassist John Araya sharing a bloodline with Slayer vocalist/bassist Tom Araya). Thine Eyes Bleed seems to have lost some momentum and ultimately put out a forgettable sophomore album. The songs sound repetitive but even after a few listens I can't readily recall any of their riffs or solos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
