  I purchased this product online and send me wrong aroma, they send me Citruss instead lavender . I just noticed when I opened. I called customer service and just told me I can’t exchange it even is not my fault. Terrible policy VERY BAD BEST BUY!

  I ordered lavender scent but recieved citrus. Seems to be an ongoing problem. Maybe they should just take the lavender scent off the website since they don’t seem to actually have it. But the product is good, so 3 stars.
