If you are a Tracey Thorn fan, you patiently grab at any chance to hear new material from her. Her voice and lyrics are always pleasant and welcome to ones that appreciate those main attributes in their music first. People not familiar with her might find the songs too sad or serious for a holiday album, but fans 'probably' won't mind. The production on some tracks could have been a lttle more 'lively'. Other than that, a good album for familiar fans, and probably a toss-up for newcomers.
