Many describe it as a highly enjoyable game, similar to the Borderlands series. The game's comedic elements are also frequently highlighted as a major positive.
Excellent game, we have all the Borderlands and this one is just as good. Tiny Tina is one of a kind.

The game is what you expect from the trailer/merch. It is, in essence, Borderlands with a twist of being narrated by a hyper active child thing, and having nods to Dungeons and Dragons thrown in. Playing with friends feels, at least to me, like a MUST in this game, as the solo experience leaves something very obvious out of the equation. Not to say you cant have fun solo, just that it feels like your missing out on something as a solo experience. The world map, or as my wife calls it, Chibi area, feels a bit thrown in last minute, but it is still an interestingly good addition to segue to the next area of the game. Tiny Tina is what makes this game well worth it. The hyperactive and crazy antics delivered from Ashly Burch are phenomenal. Add in the talent of Will Arnett and Wanda Sykes....and i suppose Andy Samberg as well, and you can just enjoy the banter back and forth as you pummel your foes for jours on end. The fact that you can choose a class and design the character who wields it, feels like innovation in the Borderlands mentality, but honestly they should have allowed this waay back in the original Borderlands game so having it here is a plus, just not a plus that should have been needed. Not to mention the small amount of options they give you to create your character, only to immediately figure out the way you designed your outfit looks nothing like it when you start. Each of the classes at first feel kinda too similar, but as you level you start to craft your character more and more until something happens and it all clicks into place. Anyway I would say on a scale from 1 - 10, I would give Tiny Tinas Wonderland a 8/10 with friends 6/10 Solo 5/10 if your a Backseat Gamer watching someone else play it.

Gearbox Software has developed many hit-title games over the past thirteen years. Their most highly acclaimed, successful series? That would definitely have to be Borderlands, for sure. So what is Wonderlands? Well, after selling (so far just after one full week since release on March 25th, 2022) one week, Wonderlands has sold over 30 million copies. It’s not your typical Borderlands first-person shooter, roleplay game where you tackle story missions, take down enemies and collect loot- with DLCs and additional endgame content. Wonderlands opens a whole new fantasy, Dungeons and Dragons-like gameplay that traverses you through very large, beautifully interactive and detailed maps with luminescent and Farcry/Avatar like colored landscapes and imagery. You can melee, shoot crossbows, discover new hidden gems like golden lucky dice (which are very well hidden, some requiring making fateful jumps and testing character ability limits). If that’s not good enough for you, Gearbox upped the anni of variety of guns once again, added spells in place of grenades, and you can now create your own character- in size, stature, facial features, colorization, armor cell-shape and pattern, and almost excessively much more! It’s a wonderful, very fun roleplay shooter that dives into the extravaganza of a table-top game merged with a fantasy conquest. That and many other factors are what make Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands quite considerably “9.5/10. The best game Gearbox Software has ever made!” (Credit of game comment/rating to GameInformer)
