Customers are enthusiastic about the immersive graphics and sound that draw them into the game. They also enjoy the endless multiplayer options and the fun and engaging gameplay. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the repetitive nature of the game, the occasional glitches, the lack of substantial end-game goals, and the presence of hackers on the PC version.
Ever since I saw the first trailer for this game I was pumped. As an avid DayZ player, The Division seemed to have the same style of play and looting system and it immediately appealed to me. From launch until now I have most definitely enjoyed this game a lot. The mixture between a third person over-the-shoulder shooter and a gear progression based MMORPG really makes for a lot of fun and player customizations. My favorite part is probably the seemless transitioning between PVE and PVP gameplay when entering and leaving the Dark Zones (designated Player Versus Player locations). There's no loading screens or extra menus to access. Overall I feel Ubisoft did an amazing job. It's still early in its lifespan so there are a few bugs here and there but they are pretty thorough about regular patches and maintenances. And with future content already being sneak peaked I'm sure this game will continue to provide hours of fun.

I will start by saying that this game, imo, is 50x better in a group/played with buddies, so solo-players beware. Very fun, fast-paced, gorgeous (if your PC is up for it) open-world shooter with solid mechanics and pretty fun scenarios. In my opinion, the DZ is AWESOME and makes for tense moments, while the actual missions themselves can be a little short.

So far, I've spent over ~100 hours on the game. The game currently is riddled with bugs and balance issues, but Massive, the developers have been doing pretty well on listening to the community. There's also the issue of hackers on the PC version. That stuff aside, the gameplay is solid. The world is beautiful and immersive.
