- A: Same thing happened to me. Called in. Easy fix. Hold the HOME button on the remote for 20 seconds to repair it to the tv.
- A: I have this exact t.v. - I quit my cable service at the first of this year & I have also gone WIFI & NO you do not need a firestick to make it work.Just plug in and follow the instructions on the screen.. It's wifi ready ! I also have a antenna for local channels & NO box is needed - Just hook up your antenna , scan for channels & your ready to go ! There is even a button on the remote for antenna channels, it also gives you a channel guide for antenna channels. GREAT TV. P.s) I like this t.v so much - I bought 2 (one for the guest room)
- A: You have to buy 35 MM M4 screws to mount it. It comes with 25MM to mount the feet, but nothing for the back mounting bracket. I bought the four screws from Home Depot.
