Burnt to a crisp
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.My daughter never got a chance to use the phone it over heated and burned to a crisp. Lost a phone and $35. Monthly minute card. Didnt get insuranceso i am out of luck. .

Great Phone User Needs To Use More Care
||Posted .Owned for 1 year when reviewed.Bought this phone for my son. He has terrible luck with cell phones, this one had to be replaced in a month or thereabout. Certainly not the phones fault, I have one of the same model. This one only lasted a month. A Disney fanatic, he left it in his pocket and well it was completely destroyed from the slip out of his pocket at a great height. I will vouch for my phone, same model, suits my needs fine.

My Crown 7 died so upgraded to an A11.
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I liked my Samsung Galaxy Crown 7 better. I don't like that this is all touch screen. I like an actual home button to be able to push. I am trying to get use to this new one. This A11 changes words I've typed to something not remotely related. It's worse than auto correct.

It plays YouTube videos the way it supposed to and streams videos to Amazon fire stick 4k very quickly. Not the snapiest phone, but if you're and iPhone user that needs to accomplish things through Android devices, here's a phone that fills the need. Perfect for conferences: Zoom, Webex, Skype etc. I don't use it for heavy tasks: gaming and video recording.

- A:Answer Hi @Drew Yes it comes with a Nano Sim card but it is locked to Total Wireless who is another carrier. You would go through the unlock process with Total Wireless to be able to use on your AT&T plan. Roy, AT&T Community Specialist

- A:Answer No you can not it strictly for the phone brand it comes under ( so you need total wireless plan for total wireless phone) I know I bought 3 of these and learned the hard way you can't unlock them for any country.
