Safety first, my product charger then the air pump

So i tested this with air compressor and jump starting. Works well but it went from 100 percent battery life to 43 to pump one tire. And leaving it sot for 5 days it went frim 100 percent to 58 battery. The while point of lithium battery is to have it in emergency. So in an emergency this unit would be dead if yiu had it in your glove box for a month or more. Defeating the pirpose. I also tried contacting the manufacture to see if this is noraml or if i got a bad battery. They do NOT RESOND
