I looked over a lot of brands and models, somtines 8 times the price, this one had one of the best ratings and worked above my personal expectations, shipping was fine too!

Most of the time there is only one bar on the strength of the wi-fi which is suppose to be at least 3 bars. When using the location tether it sometimes indicates that the location is just right and at other times indicates that the location is too far. I have tried moving it several times but there doesn't seem to be an ideal location for it to work strong enough to span the 30ft between the gateway and the tv. As a result I have waited too long to return this extender due to the snow and trying to get it to work right. The 15 day maximum return time is too short for me but I will have to keep it now that I waited too long to return it.

This was the perfect range extender to boost my internet to reach just beyond the house to my screened in porch! It was incredibly easy to set up and it's worked flawlessly. The price was perfect!
