Added to Apple Airport Extreme Network
|Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Features
Quality4 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5The AX1500 was bought to supplement my Apple Airport Extreme Network. I ended up using the AX1500 to be the main router that assigns IP addresses and used my Airport Extreme to extend my network. I used the same wireless network name for both the AX1500 and Airport Extreme and the two are working well with each other. Since the AX1500 has Wi-Fi 6, it's been 3 x faster than the Airport Extreme when using another device that is Wi-Fi 6 compatible. This purchase was well worth the $$$. My network usually has at least 5-6 devices that are surfing the internet or streaming 4K movies and the AX1500 has been handling the traffic without a hiccup.

Good, but limited advantage over WiFi 5
|Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Bought the router to replace my old Linksys EA9500, assuming the AX protocol would help with my AX devices in the further corners of the house. I’d say I saw a marginal improvement over the Linksys with AX devices and a marginal degradation with non-AX devices, but perspective is, i was comparing to a router 3 times more expensive even today, than this one. I returned this because I already had a great router, but for anything even 50% more expensive, I’d say this router wins. Highly recommend.

Good replacement for the Spectrum router
|Posted .Owned for 4 months when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I bought this router so I wouldn’t have to pay the five dollar per month rental fee for the spectrum router, and I would have to say that it not only works as well as their router, but maybe even a little better. We stream on multiple devices and rarely notice any lag time.
