This video has no intro and does not contain a warm up. The video starts with us immediately dropped into a dance routine that Tracy blasts through at lightening speed. The voice over says "Follow my movements, do what I do," which is impossible without any instruction. The video continues at a pace that a beginner could absolutely NOT follow and at the end a very angry Tracy Anderson stomps off set. Lacking a true intro, any warm up or cool down, and with zero instruction on how to bend my body into the moves she is doing -this is absolutely NOT for beginners. Unless you have all of her videos and have them memorized and have at least 2 years of dance - do NOT buy this video.
