My favorite thing about this Soundwave is how well he displays in either a movie transformer collection or a retro/Generations collection, the latter of which is where I display him personally. I love the design, and the figure has no real QC issues to speak of. The "vehicle mode" is...well, he doesn’t really turn into anything, but with some imagination he can pull off a passable hover tank. He is fun to either play with, or display, or both. Recommended!

Slightly disappointing in person. Don't get me wrong, it is an amazing figure, but with how much it was hyped, and how good it looked online, my in-person impression fell a little flat.
