We bought this movie to watch on our new 4K TV, 4K disc player. Even paid extra for Geek Squad to come out & install the TV, etc. First our installation was rescheduled because the technician had a family emergency, we understand that life happens. So we waited an extra week to watch the movies we bought. When we had the chance to watch this movie, the 4K player couldn't read the disc. The other 4K disc we bought worked, so it wasn't the player. When I went to exchange the disc for one that worked I was told that it was company policy not to because it was opened and it was over 15 days since I bought it. The customer service manager advised me to call the customer service hotline, which I did while I was in the store. I was transferred to a few different people, then I had to call back due to a bad connection. After going through the transfers again, I was told that they couldn't help me because they only deal with online purchases and advised me to speak to the store manager again. When I spoke to the store manager he then told me to try the other Olympia store because they might be willing to help me.
Very disappointed after spending a good amount of money with them over the last 6 weeks, they couldn't even exchange a $29.00 movie for one that works. I was not trying to get money back or a different movie, just one that worked. Wasn't too happy about the runaround either. We've bought a lot of products from here over the last few years and they weren't willing to replace a broken disc
